  1. Do I need to register on dollb.com to make purchase?

    No, you don't need to register. The Buying process is simple but secure. Add your selected items into the shopping cart, press checkout when you are ready to pay, you will be redirected to PayPal payment page. Use your Credit Card or PayPal fund to pay via PayPal.com.

  3. How do you ship my order?

    All order will be shipped by Registered Air-mail (w/ tracking number).
    And you are welcome to upgrade to EMS / UPS / Fedex if you want. Please contact us for details.

  4. Can I track my order after it was shipped?

    Yes, All orders will be shipped with trackable shipping method, such as Registered Air-Mail or EMS. Tracking number will be sent to you by eMail after the shipment.

    Online tracking information on the delivery status of registered mail/parcels sent overseas is available for selected destinations. You can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations below directly. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.

    Items sold on dollb.com are made to order, and are at special pre-order price with lowered shipping fee, and it takes up to 14 - 21 days to be shipped out.

    Items sold on dollb ETSY Store are at regular retail price with original shipping fee, and it takes up to 2 - 4 days to be shipped out.

  10. What is the condition of your items?

    Only Brand New, Unused & Strictly Quality Controlled items will be shipped to our customer.

  11. Can I return, exchange or refund the order?

    Only defective items are subject to exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please email us and return to us with our ORIGINAL PACK, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 7 days in the SAME CONDITION that it was sent to you. There are No claims on used goods.

    Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.
